    The problem I see with Garden Island is it will never be more than a demo plant as it has a low wave resource. Whereas the 10mw sola/battery plant will start generating revenue from the power delivery date.
    Maybe they should scrap Garden Island and just go with Albany wave farm.
    Or concentrate on Cornwall where they will make $500 pe MW generated.
