Worst kept secret but this shouldn't cause alarm. CRs tend to have a negative impact on the SP but that's because a lot of CRs are the result of companies trying to pack down debt or get themselves out of a hole.

I'm guessing that the funds from this placement will go to increasing production and thus having a very direct impact on revenue and profitability. This is a very good thing. Yes, debt would have been preferred and who knows, perhaps there's a debt facility tied to this CR.

Hopefully this placement goes to Instos and SIs that have a moderately longer term view than others. They'll be very well rewarded IMO.

Final pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. We'll have cash for marketing and getting units into Australia, Europe and the rest of our partners in the US.

Only fools would sell into this.
