Investors are being asked to participate in a capital raising of up to $4.4 million for audio-wearables company Nuheara.
According to a term sheet, obtained by Street Talk, the company is seeking bids for a minimum of $4 million at 8¢ per share.
Hunter Capital is managing the offer which is being made to institutional and sophisticated investors. The term sheet noted Nuheara can accept over-subscriptions up to $4.4 million.
Nuheara has developed proprietary hardware and software to deliver hearing technology that claims to boost a user's hearing and enables cable free connection to smart devices.

The term sheet said the placement funds would primary be used for product development, increasing production capabilities, product channel expansion and working capital.

It also noted that support from cornerstone investors had been received.​
