I am absolutely not suggesting that CRs never result in SP falling below the issue price. Probably more often than not it does fall below the issue price. I'm saying that in the case of NUH which is raising capital to put to 'good' use (production, marketing etc) rather than 'bad' use (debt, working capital only), it's illogical for the price to fall below the issue price. It's definitely possible that we will fall below 8c but I just don't think it will.

Then again, Mr Market's an odd dude sometimes.
