The most important factor with any CR is who the shares are being placed to.

Foster Stockbroking and Aetas Global Markets Limited did the last placement in late October which was poorly received by the market.

The difference here (5 months later) is that Hunter Capital Advisors are running the show and the other instos like Fosters may miss out on their cheap fill and have to buy on market.

Stephen Silver who is running this placement was at the TechKnow conference and strongly believes in the product. It is my belief that he will be advising all of his investor clients who participate in this placement to hold long-term.

So 10 cents plus this week would not at all surprise me.
