    But what if some of the instos manipulating the price down aren't able to get any shares in this placement?

    What if they now need to buy them back on market before they risk NUH really taking off?

    Now that the uncertainty around a CR is done with, very few have any reason to sell and many - myself included - have very good reason to load up the truck.
