    Clearly states what this announcement is about. No need for games from both side of the fence.
    The only question is, is it the import licence approval, is it a big order and anticipates the licence approval or its negative and HL have cancelled the arrangement because the government are a bunch of dodgy criminals and making life to hard..
    while they are the biggest criminals that walk the earTh, I don't think they can drag things out much longer and we have our import licence and a big juicy order.
