Your risk is possible further dilution to raise capital or if they seek to use debt then it will impact the overall EV and future yield unless the acquisition of the "material asset" provides an immediate positive cash flow.
But either way good luck I will continue to watch, it may well spike the price and offer a profitable exit for everyone.
