Nothing like leaving it until the last minute.
Few scenarios i can see.
1/ No loan.
Announcement on how 1.5 mil currently sitting in GBZ account is to be repaid or distributed into shares. No WCB merger. Cap raising not far down the track. Also obtain $150 000 of WCB shares for not obtaining loan.
2/ Loan all good money recieved.
Start work on Eugenia deposit as planned. WCB merger to be voted on. If agreed Sandfire Resources
Becomes largest shareholder in GBZ. Currently they have 22 222 222 shares in WCB which x 8 = approx 178 mil GBZ shares nearly 15% of the merged companies. Good or bad ? Not sure.
3/ Better offer.
Late in the game & could not see this happening.
Still can dream til Monday morning if i can sleep.

Quitest trading halt on HC appreciate anybody elses thoughts.
