Death by dilution from the dreaded CR is part and parcel of playing the Nanocap game. There is no way to avoid it. The equation is simple. Companies need funding. Brokers raise funds.
Going long on a nanocap is a rollercoaster ride and not for the faint hearted. There is usually a sweet spot for entry when the post CR dump has finished and genuine buyers start to enter the registry.
Of course all this depends on the quality of the company in question.
