I have yet to see any one happy with the timing for a CR. The pricing, the timing, the dilution etc. Personally I embrace a CR in a company such as BOT. It points to the fact that progress is rapid and in place.
The best way to approach this necessity is to look at the bigger picture and where the stock will be in 6 months time.
As mentioned they continue to tick all the boxes on time.
It would seem this will continue. This being so, do you really think the market will ignore this stream of news and say because you had a CR and diluted the share registry - we are not going to buy your stock
They will be clamouring to be part of the action, meaning the share price can move rapidly into the 10c -20c range.
