They will be released Monday. The reason why..."the securities will remain in Trading Halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tues, or when the announcement is released to the market"...Is because of the wa time zone being 3 hours behind. Hopefully the announcement will be released midday(ish) on monday, more likely to be around 5pm est.
