That's a fair point blackbike and it would be an incredibly bullish sign if someone wanted a stake at a premium to current price.

... and sage advice because this is SUD we are talking about. Despite Carter's assertions we should "look to the future and forget about the past" yeah well bollocks to that because the past is where all of the rely upon data is for this stock.

Unfortunately (this time) I expect Occam's Razor to prevail and will result in lower share price and more dilution for retail investors.
