Yep - always going to happen, but it would be nice to think that CNOOC might be taking a piece of FAR at a cheap rate for a T/O down the track - at a premium? It gives them a foot hold & a cheap entry into FAR - would be a very good strategic move for both parties?
I would say 8c - be chasing about 40 million - but who really knows...
