An Equity Raise was needed. We have expected this for a while now. I had hoped that CNOOC or someone might be able to give us some money - and that might be the case - they might be purchasing a percentage at a premium - time will tell.
We need money to keep the drill bit turning. We have just picked up some amazing assets and hopefully this will be the last CR before we can actually borrow money (post declaration of commerciality).
