To be honest I believe the TH would have mentioned CNOOC or at least a cornerstone investor would be taking a position in FAR. It hasn't and my read is that the lead broker whoever that is (MM says CS), has said to FAR that you need to tie up agreement with CNOOC and the two blocks before we can get investors committed. That's my read.
Now I wonder whether SH's will be offered a part of this by way of SPP? My read is NOT.
