Could be DoD even thought % chance is small. Who knows what interface D13/Booz has had with US Gov (also Mesmer has only been licensed to Booze for weeks but relationship with Booz was established last yr).
If contract is big they should also list on major US exchange (and not just OTC exchange) as that would open up a whole new world when regards comes to potential investors.
