OK, can someone just confirm whether I'm correct or not?
.4c line gets wiped about 24h before TH for CR. That means that either the company wanted to raise VWAP before approaching investors (who have obviously watched it all happen and won't be too happy that they are getting .3c shares instead of .2c shares), OR a substantial private holder knew exactly when they were going to halt trading and didn't want the dilution to come too cheaply.
What's more likely?
