I read it as they have rights to buy all that is produced and if they don't want it then TAW can sell to others (minimum 200,000t over first 2 years at fixed price though). Interesting to see how pricing will work for anything over that minimum contract capacity or if it will be at the same price? Balance for TAW between securing offtake at a fixed/decent price but losing any potential upside in the lithium price in future (or downside, I guess).
