Right now I'm struggling to think if I have seen any study previously where SOR had a longer OS than SIRT. I just checked on off hand comparing TACE and TARE where SIRT had a 56% tumor response rate, so to me 19% is very low. At that level, probably very few patients could have been downstaged. And the question is, why is it so low? Did the patients recieve optimal doses?
So it is all bad? No, but honestly its the barest minimum result that was even possible IMO.
On the bright side at least I didn't borrow any money to buy the shares.
