Does look like the SARAH hypothesis was it could replace chemo as a late state treatment.
However, this was not the case.
I assume SIRT is best for early to intermediate stage of disease treatment.
With the toxity and well being outcomes being good for late stage it would imply similar results for early stage.
Hence reinforces use of SIRT for early stage use rather then late stage for the disease.
