I really don't want this takeover to be successful. I've been a long-term holder of Generation, and happy to have exposure to this unique REIT, with its investment in the healthcare property sector.
It provides great balance to my portfolio, stable income but also long-term capital growth. I see continuing growth opportunities in the healthcare sector in the future, given our ageing population, so don't see any other REITs that are equivalent.
