I reckon there is a chance of the ML next week. I had a look at AJM ML document last night to look at what they had provided for flood risk. I was surprised that their revised document was submitted on the 15th Feb and was approved on 22nd Feb. We submitted a revised document a few days ago....
The section on flood in the AJM document should be similar to that for PLS. Can't see the DMP having any problems with PLS flood section if they have a qualified engineer providing advice.
I reckon there is a chance of the ML next week. I had a look at...
