This deal has come out of left field. We weren't really close with our guesses.
To be honest I was nervous that HVST may be a take over or acquisition target as they are a relatively small fish in the Canadian sea. This deal protects them from that.
Basically a half share in a new grow facility and spinoff for free. Brilliant move.
Giving away almost half yield of lucky lake to fund completion of it. We can work out how much revenue we lose compared to what it's costing PanCann.
The 40% equity we are giving away in UG. Thoughts on that?
