It seems they are fast tracking licenses to keep up with demand. HVST listing may have been delayed as they though sale license was coming through on opening day?
Could also be related to harvest that was shipped out.
As far as the Cronos thing goes, coincidentally the Canadian guy just emailed to say he had definitely made a mistake with that.
