Could be to do with the status of the UG License, I note that some of the others who were licensed to Cultivate have now been granted the Cultivation and Sale license, possibly the delay in UG license is holding up the H1 transaction? UG still just having the Cultivation license,,also others now have a license to supply "starting materials" seeds etc
