We own 40-55% (40 now, 55 after dilution if MMJ does not acquire more ownership) less of the assets we once had. The positives were that we were going to have less costs associated with those assets, and that it was going to give us exposure to the Canadian stock market (with the listing of HO, which was basically a flop because any hype withered and died with a pointless trading halt).
