    Sorry, you are right, I read into it too much. The announcement doesn't say where the money is coming from, but it does appear to be suggesting that it will be related to the Duncan expansion. I assume it will be MMJ paying seen as we have gone into trading halt and that it probably will be to crash/speed up phase 1.
