    MMJ PhytoTech Limited (ASX: MMJ) requests a trading halt be placed on the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a material transaction that will provide additional funding to the Company’s TSX-V listed subsidiary, Harvest One Cannabis Inc, to facilitate the expansion of its cannabis cultivation facilities in Canada. The Company requests the securities remain in pre-open until the earlier of an announcement regarding the above or the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 3 May 2017. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
