I've been holding this for 6 months as at least as a long term. I was aware of the performance shares and the dilution coming 2018. How did you find this in the terms? Is this public information? Which Ann was it?

If what you're saying is correct this is a great result.

I'm also very bullish on their patents and long term scalability.
