If the contents of this thread turn out to be true with respect to the corporate details of the CR and the capital restructure, then we will be left with a leaner and cheaper company whose management shows their backing and belief in the company. Furthermore, the raise will be underpinned by American insto's. Should do very well for the SP going forward. Insto participation might also back up the touted $25m future deal pipeline.
