Not sure the announcement isn't already what we know just making it official, the Chinese like ceremony so official signing of the agreement that we already know about, I believe.

Again only my opinion but this stock is about to become very real, I know a lot of you have been waiting a long time but all the dots are starting to line up especially with the Chinese, would not surprise me to see them grab this company in the not to distant future

Just one $20m contract and this stock is in the 30's ++, contracts will come !!!
