    Wonder if the seller at 2.3 is the unmarketable parcel total.
    If so they wont sell down.
    Sp can quickly bounce once that finds a home.
    3 mill MC for obvious 100K ozs min at surface is ridiculous.
    Yet there seems no urgency to address atm.
