    this TH announcement refers to an update "... on the Company’s partnership with a leading humanitarian organization"

    while RAP's 15 sep '16 announcement refers to a "... non-binding memorandum of understanding ..."

    the reference to a partnership could suggest something more than a non-binding MOU ...

    anyway, no point speculating, all should be revealed w/in 2 days
