At least in the Viceroy and Glaucus reports there's analysis which you put under your own scrutiny. The "blogspot" sounds a bit Bollywood to me - very colourful and lots of singing of praises - not enough forensic analysis.
I'm sure Moody's and S&P didn't downgrade QIN lightly - or maybe they haven't taken in the "blogspot" report. They do their own DD and have spoken.
Up to shareholders to do theirs.
