Is not that the role of the CFO and the Company Secretary or is Gary responsible for that as the person whom came up with the idea of the placement? Did Canaccord know?
And if they can pay, why would the price not go back up from $3.45 to $3.88? Because of the broker report/ lack of governance and concerns now about EY reviewed controls around disclosure?
I do not understand why the reduction in SP if not for this news of non-payment of a share placement and/ or overreaction to the Canaccord report?
