You might be right but you could be reading too much into it, however you can look at it this way... their announcement on 22nd Feb stated the following:
'We eagerly await the results of our major clinical studies programs over the coming months including the SARAH, SIRveNIB and SIRFLOX/FOXFIRE/FOXFIRE Global studies, which if positive can be expected to have a material impact on our long term growth potential.'

If the results are negative it will affect potential earnings it will not affect earnings on their existing product - so I cant see that being a material impact. Its not like they have lost a contract etc etc They are my thoughts
