It's not clear. The MNS ann states...
Magnis requests the trading halt end on the earlier of either the commencement of normal trading on 22 May 2017 or when an anticipated announcement is released to the market.
Perhaps the ASX ann is just covering the possibility the ann might not be released before the commencement of trading - it might be released after the close - and therefore they've suggested Tuesday, since TH normally are valid for 2 trading days . Or it could just be a typo as you suggested. Sometimes with these TH's, if a company can't get it's info together in time, it may even ask for a suspension until it can.
My thoughts, other's may have a different opinion - hope that helps.
