I find my solace in Resolution 5 and 6 set out in the Notice of AGM on the 26th of May regarding to the issue of shares to Airguide. From my interpretation, how would management expect such a motion to pass by vote unless it has some serious cream on top showing what an excellent job Airguide has done for all AGY shareholders? People will always be more willing to reward positive outcomes when they have a large amount of cash in their back pocket. - feel free to shatter my solace.
