Lets work this out.
Current MC is 70M. As I said right now AGY can issue 15% (If CR can be done at a higher SP then more $$)
So 11M, maybe a bit more.

AGY needs 700k for the extra land for STAGE 2...then another 1M or 2M to make ponds which the Brine sits for 7-9 months. Making ponds isn't rocket science...you just need bulldozers, lining and men to do it. Salta is full of experienced workers/firms for this.

Then another 2M-3M for PA to slowly work on his plant which is set-up for 2000+ tons (maybe more?)

Maybe all AGY needs is 5M-7M to start STAGE 2?
If AGY could start STAGE 2 now with-out a large dilution....the stock would take off.

Maybe the DD is done and the deal is sorted but the Chinese are playing the..."We are the big Chinese/you are little ASX junior...bend over" . If the deal is basically done but, the Chinese are saying X10 and AGY wants X20?? If I had PA...I'd want the best deal too.

Then once you start STAGE 2 the Chinese go...Opps...that didn't work...and agree to X20...Then AGY says sorry it's X30 now and we are sending the LCE to Japan.
It's how I'd do it if I was getting pushed around.

Plus, and we won't know til Tuesday but, if a broker is underwriting the deal...you can expect AGY to be pushed through to the brokers and then their clients who are 708's...we might get dramatic INFLOWS and national media coverage. I'd then expect to see Alex and Jerko in the press/media more.

With Alex and Mal there...you know AGY is getting looked after and getting in front of the right money people. I feel good about that.

A 5M-7M CR to start STAGE 2 our-self would be PERFECT!!
The market would love that, as STAGE 2 is 1500 tones of LCE (+150 from S1) and at recent ORE numbers is just about 20M in revenue at a 60+% margin. $$
Then time is on AGYs side as the brine cooks for months!

The above is a very big guess...all IMO.
