Thinking about it...as was said before...the last CR didn't have a TH.
-If through a broker the deal turns into a leaky boat really fast. The TH is more to protect AGY shareholders.
-This is could probably be a larger amount 5-10M?
-Announce Stage 2 is a major operational change for AGY. I'd expect news late Monday.

If Jerko was feeling his way through here I'd be concerned but Alex and Mal are guiding him.

Alex has a long career ahead of him and I see him running a top 10 resource op in the next 10 years. For him to do what he's done with that disaster at PDN...many boards around Australia have their EYE on him now.

If that's the case...brokers and fund manager want to get on team Alex early and screwing AGY over for a few cents isn't how you to it. I still do business with people I meet 20 years ago.

With Jerko last premium CR and this one with Alex and Mal...I'm expecting the same.

However, if it's the full 11M...that clears MAYBE half of CAPEX for STAGE 2?
That actually might be sweet...THEN the pressure is really on the Chinese for cheap funding for the rest of STAGE 2 and all of STAGE 3...if they want it...and we KNOW they do
