    That's another good point...and why the CR price might be good...You don't want to have sad shareholders voting on so many resolutions...Like 1, 2 and 3....I'm personally holding off on voting til after I see the deal. Even if I voted...I change change it.

    As you know I can get PO really easily. 8-/
