I can't remember from the prior raising how AGY worded it. Might need to troll back through the announcement whether they said placement or cap raising.
Typically a CR could infer both.
The quality of the broker is critical. It seems it could be Patersons. I would have preferred AGY change to Cannacord. Quality institutional broker with big name clients
