lol, please leishd, surely you're man enough to just admit you were WRONG and we can all move on. No underwriting is ever a guarantee because there are many clauses in it that allow a broker to get out of it. As I said, seen it happen a number of times, often unreasonably, but this time it was black and white in the terms of the share price get out clause.

Well yes possibly but only if there is NO risk to them. They need something concrete to announce otherwise it'll be more of the same lack of interest. Maybe they went to early with this placement attempt. Let's see what they bring to the table and we can then re-evaluate.
