Interesting move. Management have tonnes of shares including a decent wack bought on market, and have been reluctant to raise thus far. The last offer was to bring K2 into the fold ages ago. Even when the company was $1.40 they didn't go there. Given the high levels of ownership, management backing of the CR will be something I'll be looking for.

They got so close to getting the phone app right. You really have to hit a home run on the first pitch with microcaps right? What I've subsequently learned is that they offered excellent value - perhaps too good.
