If brn drops down to 15- 16 cents my sister said she will become a shareholder
Of course i'll cover any losses she may incur. But i agree with you what a crap raise. They better pull their finger out and get this show on the road soon or else brn will turn into one of them stocks that have billions of shares on issue then consolidation then raise again then true flea bag status will be achieved.
