Concur. One would think that six million dollars doesn't get splashed about without some sort of in-depth research into where the company might be headed. The company isn't going to investors of last resort cap-in-hand like some vagrant asking for a few bucks to help them get through the quarter but rather they're seeking funds to actually make stuff happen - proper expenditure on a product.

I usually err on the side of skeptical but I'm willing to give this a tick because this company has proven over the past year that they are starting to get it together.
