There is more to it than a simple amendment as you put it Gasoroil. They have to prepare and/or work out a good plan and present it to the Judge in order that he will give them the time for the extensions/postponement they are requesting.

There is more to it than eyes can see here my friend, rest assured of that. For, if they didn't need it, they would have rushed the voting through as quickly as possible to get it all over and done with. They have come to realise that they are roasted peanuts and are stalling for time.

No Plan "B" mate, just panicking at the moment. With a resounding "NO" vote against a Board recommendation, that is not what any Board Members would want to be involved with.

Pity though that we haven't a good Lawyer representing us at that Court Hearing to object to their postponement requests. That would really put the cat amongst the pigeons.
