I will put it as simply as I can now my friend.
How many times have you heard, or read, of a SoA with the recommendation of the full BOD, and Management, has been knocked back.??
Obviously they did the head count of the chickens before the hatching was fully completed, and not realised that shareholders all over the World are beginning to rebel at what some of the Boards are putting them through.
I now rest my case.
