I've highlighted some passages from Mark's Chairman's Address in the AGM Presentation, and make the following observations:
• In light of today's resignation, Mark appears to be distancing himself, Alistair and Peter from Patrick.
• I'm guessing the resignations might have something to do with the comment about the three of them being of "strong principle and ethics".
• Is he trying to tell us something in the final sentence I've highlighted?
I look forward to an explanation from the company...
